I live Molokai and have so much problems getting parts department guys to even pickup the phone at dealership on Oahu, let alone trying for explain that i cannot visit them in person, they could not care less. After that I thought I would try CCMaui, and ended up on the phone with Kyle, who is my experience is one of the kindest parts guys around. I used to work the parts department at Portland Motorcycle, a multi line dealer in Oregon, and I know the realities of the business intimately. Whoever running the show there should give the front line guys a raise, super awesome service and knowledgeability, and understanding that people on Molokai have no local resources for parts and stuff.
